Resources

This website is a resource guide meant to support, inform, and address the most common questions raised in the course of advising undocumented and unprotected immigrant students also known as AB540 students. The website is dedicated to the passage of the DREAM Act (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act) which is a legislation that would permit a select group of undocumented students a legalization and eventual citizenship in the United States.

CALIFORNIA DREAM ACT Priority Deadline is March 2 every year

The California Dream Act of 2011 became law through the passage of two Assembly Bills, AB130 and AB 131 that allows AB540 students to apply for privately funded scholarships, and state and institutional grants beginning in the 2012-2013 Aid Year.
